Kendra M. Hall-Kenyon was named the interim dean of the David O. McKay School of Education in July of 2022. Dr. Hall-Kenyon earned her bachelor’s degree in family science from BYU, and a MA and PhD in human development from Columbia University. Her research focuses on early literacy instruction and assessment and teacher education. Hall-Kenyon joined the BYU faculty in 2002 and later served at the department chair from 2016-2022.
