Steven C. Baugh was an associate professor of educational leadership and director of the Center for the Improvement of Teacher Education and Schooling (CITES) in the David O. McKay School of Education. He is the former superintendent of Alpine School District and a former stake president of the Orem Utah Windsor Stake. He also served as a member of the BYU First Stake high council. He and his wife, Cathleen, live in Orem.
